While the allure of free travel piques everyone’s curiosity, do not voluntarily give up your seat in order to secure future travel credits.  The Meetings & Incentives Team monitors your flights for any delays or irregularities.  Changing to another flight will result in the Meetings & Incentives Team being unable monitor your travel and could potentially result in welcome staff and airport transportation not being immediately available upon your arrival at your destination and incur additional expenses to Signet.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided from the airport at your final destination to your resort. For additional information about the arrival process at your destination, please visit the Upon Arrival section of this site.

ATMs are located on the hotel lobby level, near the front desk. Fees apply.

ATTENDEE EXPECTATION POLICY

The same professionalism as exhibited within our Stores, Support Centers and Design & Service Centers is EXPECTED to be maintained by all attendees at all times.  Please remember that you are responsible for your own safety and should make sure that your actions are consistent with the Company’s expectation of behavior and conduct.
 

In addition, I agree that I will abide by the following expectations below:

  • Rude, inappropriate and unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated. Show respect for one-another, Signet Event Management, resort property and employees at all times.

  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is voluntary and strictly subject to self-control. Over-consumption will not be tolerated. 

  • Our policies on sexual harassment, discrimination, commitment to diversity and all other policies apply to the event. Compliance is expected.

  • Possession of illegal substances, firearms, and fireworks is prohibited.

  • Any damage to the Resort will not be tolerated and will become the sole responsibility of the attendee and/or their guest.

 

Please be advised that during the Signet's Best Incentive Trip, including travel to/from, you are representing Signet and are expected to do so in a positive, professional manner at all times.  This expectation applies to sponsored events and personal time.  Conduct that negatively impacts the Signet brand image or reputation will not be tolerated.  It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines and non-compliance with any of these expectations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.  Please report any violations of the above expectation to Signet Event Management promptly.

ATTENDEES - PREGNANCY

If you wish to attend the Signet’s Best Incentive Trip while pregnant, you are able to do so; however, we do suggest discussing your trip plans with your doctor or caregiver prior to registering.  Please direct any questions or concerns to your HR Business Partner.

Once you receive your airline itinerary, you are advised to contact your air carrier directly to determine any carrier-imposed restrictions or requirements. You may be required to provide "fit for travel" paperwork/documentation to the airline carrier.

​

ATTENDEES - UNABLE TO ATTEND

If you have been awarded the Signet’s Best Incentive Trip and are unable to attend, please contact the Meetings & Incentives Team for options based on your specific circumstances.

CELL PHONES

With these fantastic trips, we totally get wanting to update your Facebook status and post your best vacation selfie on Instagram!  Keep in mind that the use of your personal cell phone is at your discretion and, additional usage fees may apply based on your individual carrier.  If you do plan on utilizing your cell phone during the incentive trip, it is recommended that you contact your cellular provider prior to traveling to discuss your options.

Any fees associated with the use of your personal cell phone during the incentive trip is not considered a reimbursable expense.

Electrical service at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino meets the same standards as found in the U.S. You will not need to bring adapters or converters.

All incentive trip attendees will receive a departure notice with personalized departure instructions delivered to their guestroom approximately two (2) day prior to their departure.

At your resort, please notify your attendant or service staff during meal functions that you have a dietary restriction and they will further assist you.

GUEST - ATTENDING WITHOUT THE WINNER

Registered guests may only attend the Signet's Best Incentive Trip if the winner who invited them is present on the incentive trip.  If the winner of the incentive trip fails to obtain necessary travel documentation or is unable to travel on the incentive trip for any reason, their invited guest may not travel to or remain on the incentive trip.  If a guest does arrive at the incentive trip destination and the winner is unable to attend the incentive trip, the Meetings & Incentives Team will assist the guest in making arrangements for their trip home.

GUEST - CHANGING

The Signet’s Best Incentive Trip is awarded to the winner and one (1) complimentary guest.  If you need to change your registered guest, please contact the Meetings & Incentives Team, who will be happy to assist you with a guest change. 

 

If your originally registered guest has already been issued an airline itinerary, you will be responsible for the cost associated with issuing a new itinerary, which can be up to the cost of a new ticket.  

 

Signet reserves the final approval of any guests. May 2nd is the cut-off date for all guest changes. Changes after this date will not be accepted.

HOSPITALITY DESK

The Signet’s Best Hospitality Desk is manned with members of Signet Event Management and ready to assist with any questions you may have.

​

The Signet's Best Hospitality Desk onsite at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino will be located in the hotels main lobby.  Daily hours of operation will be posted at the desk.

​

​

INTERNET

Signet's Best will be extended complimentary internet access. You'll be provided with more information upon checking-in at the resort.

LOA/FMLA

LUGGAGE - LOST/DELAYED

Unfortunately, it does happen from time-to-time – the airlines send your luggage on a journey of its own.  If your luggage does not arrive at your final destination, please take the following steps:

  • Prior to leaving the baggage claim area, please notify the airline that your luggage did not arrive; they should start a claim for you and start the process of locating your luggage.  Please keep a copy/photograph of all paperwork as well as the reference or claim number.

  • Please notify the onsite transportation partner of your missing luggage.

  • Upon arrival at the resort, notify the Signet Hospitality Desk so that we can assist with getting your luggage to you as quickly as possible.  Signet Travel will need a copy of your claim and the tracking information for your luggage.

LUGGAGE TAG

Signet’s Best Incentive Trip luggage tags will be provided in your Congratulations Packet. Please ensure your luggage, including any carry-on items, are clearly marked with your name and contact information.

NAME BADGE

You and your guest(s) will be issued a name badge in your welcome information upon arrival at your resort.  This name badge identifies you as part of the Signet’s Best Incentive Trip.  Your name badge MUST be worn to gain entry to all official functions.  Signet Event Management and Event Security reserve the right to deny entry to any attendees without their name badge.

If any information on your name badge is incorrect, or if you lose your name badge, please stop by one of the Signet’s Best Hospitality Desk for assistance.

​

​

PASSPORT

A valid passport book (not a passport card) is required for U.S. citizens to travel to Aruba.  Passports should be current and should not expire within six (6) months of your travel dates and should have one (1) blank page. 

​

If you do not have a passport, you are encouraged to start the application process as soon as possible.    

​

Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for obtaining all visas, passports, family legal documents, and/or any other necessary documents required to travel to Aruba.  Please contact your local immigration, embassy, or passport office for assistance.

​

Failure to obtain the necessary documents required for travel to either of the Signet’s Best Incentive Trip destinations will result in forfeiture of your trip.

Once you have completed your online registration, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the preferred email address provided during the registration process.  Please review the confirmation carefully to confirm all information is correct.  It can take up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to generate.

RESORT enhancements

Hilton Aruba is building on their legacy with progressive resort enhancements that will be in progress during our Signet's Best program including the addition of a new beachfront tower and upgrades to their rooms, restaurants and bars.
