TRAVEL DAY!
The day you have worked so hard for has finally arrived! You and your guest get to travel to the beautiful Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas! Below are helpful reminders and tips for your travel day.

-
Give yourself plenty of time to arrive at the airport, check any luggage, navigate security, and arrive at your gate no later than one hour prior to your flight departure time. TSA recommends you arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to your flight time.
-
Remember that Signet will reimburse the airline's checked luggage fees for one piece each per incentive trip winner and their guest; overweight luggage fees are not reimbursable.
IMPORTANT!
DO NOT PACK YOUR
TRAVEL IDENTIFICATION
OR ITINERARY IN YOUR
LUGGAGE
-
Make sure you have your passport book and airline itinerary with you. Do not place any necessary medication, cash, or valuables in your checked luggage.

-
Once you arrive at the Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas, your checked luggage will be delivered to your guestroom; however, we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready at the time of arrival. We recommend packing any essentials you may want immediately - such as a swimsuit or a change of clothes - in your carry-on bag.

-
If you are locking your checked luggage, make sure that you are using a TSA-approved lock.
-
Make sure any checked luggage is tagged to your final destination – Lynden Pindling Nassau International Airport (NAS).
-
Make sure your luggage has your name and contact number both on the outside and inside (in case that luggage tag gets separated from your luggage – air travel can be tough on bags!).
-
Please do not voluntarily give up your seat in order to secure future travel credits. The Meetings & Incentives Team monitors your flights for any delays or irregularities. Changing to another flight will result in the Meetings & Incentives Team being unable to monitor your travel and could potentially result in welcome staff and airport transportation not being immediately available upon your arrival.

-
Please note, on travel days, we are monitoring all flights, and should a flight irregularity occur, a member of the Travel Team will reach out to assist. Please ensure that you have the mobile number provided during registration available in the event we need to contact you during your travel; also, make sure that your voicemail box is set up and can accept voicemail messages. If you need additional assistance while traveling, please contact the Meeting and Incentives or Travel Team at 1-800-527-8074 for assistance.
-
Review the Zurich Travel Assist Program information immediately below and have the information handy should you need it during your travels.

ZURICH TRAVEL ASSIST PROGRAM
The Zurich Travel Assist program is available to Team Members traveling 100 miles or more from their home and such travel is covered under the Policy. Should you require urgent medical assistance or personal assistance services while traveling, contact Zurich Travel Assist at 1-800-263-0261 within the U.S. and Canada. If you are calling from any other location, call collect to +1-416-977-0277. When calling, refer to Signet Jewelers Policy number GTU 0973409. If you have a serious medical emergency, seek medical attention first and then contact this service.

UPON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at Lynden Pindling Nassau International Airport (NAS), you will be provided with an immigration form (either on the plane or as you enter the airport terminal in Nassau). This will need to be completed in advance of clearing Bahamian Immigration, which is the first stop upon your arrival (be sure to have a pen handy in your carry-on luggage). Once you have cleared immigration, head downstairs to the baggage claim area and collect any luggage you checked. Airport porters will be available to assist you with your luggage, if needed. After you have collected your luggage, follow the EXIT signs to the Customs Area. When you have cleared Customs, follow the EXIT signs out of the airport. Once outside a representative from our local transportation partner, Sunbound, will be waiting to greet you (look for greeting signs with the Signet's Best Trip logo). Representatives will be wearing a tangerine polo shirt with a Sunbound logo. Follow the instructions of the uniformed staff to waiting transportation. It is approximately a 45-minute drive from the Lynden Pindling Nassau International Airport to the Atlantis.

In the unlikely event that your luggage does not arrive in Nassau, please file a claim with the appropriate airline in the baggage claim area. Please keep a copy/photograph of all paperwork as well as the reference or claim number. Please notify a representative from our local transportation partner that your luggage has been delayed. Once you arrive at the resort, please share your claim information with Signet's Best Hospitality Desk so that we can assist with getting your luggage to you as quickly as possible.

Upon arrival at the Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas, please be sure to bring any carry-on items with you as you exit your transportation. Luggage will be delivered to your guestroom.

The team at Atlantis will be ready to welcome you to Paradise Island and will be ready to assist you with your check-in process. Upon arrival at the resort, guests will be asked to provide a credit/debit card to cover any incidentals. A total authorization of $150.00 per day, will be placed on your card and released upon departure. Atlantis operates as a cashless property, therefore, cash will not be accepted for incidental authorization. Please note that if a debit card is provided, the authorization will be removed from your account balance.

Please make sure to stop by the Signet's Best Hospitality Desk where members of the Event Management team will greet you and provide you with valuable information. You may also make reservations for spa services, excursion activities, and restaurants at this time so that you can be on your way to making this the best incentive trip ever!
